A stunning 'The Madonna in Sorrow' Original Oil Painting on canvas after Giovanni Salvi Sassoferrato renowned 17th Century artist.
This is believed to be by Angiolo Cherici and dates to c1850, although no visiable signature. Certainly the quality.
It is framed within its original Florentine Carved Gilt Wood Frame.
It is totally as found and has not been touched or cleaned.
