This is a rare and unusual Antique 19th Century French Jerome Thibouville-Lamy Music Box Circa 1870.
Unusually it has a lower drawer with fitted interior presumably for Jewellery or Sewing, It has previously been used for sewing equipment and comes complete with all the contents.
Winds and works really well with no issues. Overall in very good condition with one small repair to the case as per photo.
