These are a wonderful pair of Jacob Petit porcelain figural scent bottle in the form of a male and female seated musicians. The heads removable as form the scent bottles stoppers. c1840.
They each measure approximately 18.5cm tall. Incised marks to base.
The male has a slight scratch to his cheek otherwise in very good condition, the female has had her nose restored and the stopper base re-glued but not seen when insitu. Also a slight slight scratch to her Mandolin otherwise in very good condition.
